How and when do I take am-angel?
It is recommended that you take two am-angel tablets in the morning. For a special occasion or event, take 2 am-angel before the start and 2 afterwards. Always drink plenty of water with am-angel. Don't exceed this dose.

What does RDA stand for?
RDA stands for Recommended Daily Amount. This is the amount of vitamins and minerals that a healthy person needs to consume on a daily basis to avoid deficiencies. The % RDA in am-angel refers to the amount of each vitamin or mineral that you will get in 2 tablets.

Am-angel contains higher levels of vitamins than the RDA - should I be concerned?
Please don't worry, although the levels in am-angel are above the RDA, they are all well below the official Upper Safe Levels. These upper levels are set to give guidance to manufacturers and consumers about optimising nutrient intake safely. For some nutrients, intake levels above the RDA are safe and may even give additional benefits.

Does am-angel contain additives such as lactose, salt, etc?
Am-angel does not contain lactose, salt or sucrose. It is also free from gluten, yeast or starch.

Is am-angel suitable for vegetarians?
There are no ingredients of animal origin in am-angel.

Can I use am-angel when pregnant or breast-feeding?
Vitamin, amino acid and mineral supplements have been used widely for many years without apparent ill consequences and we are not aware of any safety issues in women who are pregnant or breast-feeding.

Is am-angel suitable for children?
Am-angel is suitable for adults and children of 12 years and above.

Is am-angel suitable for diabetics?
Am-angel does not contain any sugars or sweeteners. However, we recommend that diabetic patients should seek the advice of their doctor about any changes to their nutrient intake and the suitability of am-angel.
